Temptation: Illusion of Hope

those 2 notions in this drawing title are not equivalent, but one can think that it holds in at least one direction ... or does it?

"Temptation : Illusion of hope ... "

As usual, you can get the Hi-Res version from here or from my gallery.

Shredding space for hate

"Shredding the land the people for hate ..."

What if someone gives hate the chance, what if this chance was to shred the land, to destroy what it hates ...
Full resolution image can be found here, you can also check my gallery.

Irrelevant vertebrae of time

"Does it happen to see those moments engraved in our life's timeline ..."

As usual you can see this in hi-res here, and I mean real high resolution, details are wiped out in this small thumbnail, so I recommend to check the original size picture. Critics are welcome. And for the rest of the gallery you can check here. This item have been done entirely using The Gimp, completely computer generated - Without no brush stroke of any sort - just like the rest of the items in the gallery.

Winds of tomorrow : Regenerated

I managed to do some retouch to the splash submitted for the gimp contest as shown in this blog, and published the change into my gallery. Below you can see a smaller version of this new wallpaper. The original one can be obtained here.

Winds of Tomorrow

The Gimp started a contest for creating splash screen for its upcoming "special" version . Special because it was it's 10 years anniversary. Since I use this cool software a lot, I posted the following images to the contest. Their title was the "Winds Of Tommorow".
You may find the entries here, mine can be found here and here.

How about some "Dark Thrill" !!

I've began thinking of changing the subject of this blog to be art, digital art to be precise, since that's what the posts till now are about !!
You should guess then this post gonna be. Yeah, publishing another picture.
This one is about giving a chill, a thrill to the viewer, and yet for another time I've being using The Gimp. The full sized picture can be downloaded from here.

By the way you can find out my gallery here.

stRings

Below, you can find my newly created background. Like the "space birth" one, I have created it using only The Gimp and without using any brushes or strokes of any kind.
I create this to abstract the M-theory in a strange way. You can find in it portions of the "space birth".
To get the original size picture you can find it here.

A Logo...

2 years ago, I was asked to create a logo for some website currently under construction. Although, the designed logo looked like this:

The webmaster didn't like it that much, but I still find it a good one.

Cool Site

3-4 years ago, I was trying to create a homepage, I managed with some primitive demo tool (which I don't remember the name) to create this site. I wasn't able to complete it, but it has some cool features, and it's graphics are good (as I believe). Unfortunately, the flash thing cannot be displayed under firefox browser (A neat secure browser, I recommend everybody to use it), I am investigating this problem. But when the site was created, Firefox didn't exist then. Till I resolve it, try to see it under Internet Explorer.
In the same directory of the site, you can also find a version of minesweeper created by me. It's a good one (worth to try). I recommend you to see the about menu (Help -> About). It has some nice real-time animation that interact with the cursor position. Try it! ;)

--Updated: Now it is possible to view the site using Mozilla firefox .

Space Birth

Here is my current wallpaper, i create it my self using The gimp, a powerful tool , and open source as well.

In this wallpaper, I tried to represent the Birth of space, using my imagination. You can download the original size picture from here.
